What a day! I feel so empowered to start making my own medicine and foster a more intimate connection with the natural world! Alder and Mera were able to make the principles of ethical foraging, organic gardening and tincture making so simple! Fantastic Guides! Every step through our hike was filled with discovery and information, with the Mothertree team making sure that we were given every opportunity to see how we could partner with the earth. We learned to appreciate and honor what the earth provides us and took home samples of salves, tinctures and syrups made from our foraging.
